WHAT TO EXPECT IN THE SEMINAR: 

The course is titled EASY ENGLISH: ENGLISH FOR THE BPO/CALL CENTER WORLD.

As the title suggests, the course is specifically designed for those interested in pursuing a career in the BPO industry or commonly called as Call Centers. We will prepare you and equip you with the tools necessary for you to pass the written exam and the interview phases.

Again as the title suggests, this course is not meant to intimidate or scare you about the English language, but rather show you how improving and increasing your language proficiency can be done the easy way.  

By easy, we don’t mean cutting corners or taking the easy way out. It will require you to work and practice your skills in a structured and non-threatening fashion, that will facilitate learning.

The sessions will be done in a fun, friendly and interactive learning environment.  There will be lectures and actual practice that will require the active participation of each individual attendee.

The course can be divided into 4 stages:
1st: Assessment
2nd: Training Proper with Practice drills and individual recording
3rd: Mock Interviews
4th: Post Evaluation

For our sessions, we expect the participants to come in relaxed business attire.
